This room is the second room to the right in the East Wing off the Main Hall, down the hall from Sphinx Room, Gorilla Room, and the Library. There is a secret door to the east wall that leads down a hall that does have a trap at the end of it. The book on the table is also a portal to the Library. This NPC responds to a hail with a knock, knock joke that in the end asks you to tell him a knock knock a joke. When you say "knock knock" he casts a no damage force shock. Note that this force shock can actually be used to get over a trap through the secret door on the East wall, by standing in front of the secret door and letting him shoot you down the hall over the trap at the end of the hall.
